If you are thinking about doing any home remodeling, the most important thing you have to understand is the importance of having a contractor that you can trust. There are many people that call themselves "contractor". But that doesn't make them one! I truly believe that Patrick Clark is the contractor you should use. Patrick is honest, trustworthy, reliable and an outstanding carpenter himself! As with any remodel project, the unexpected will happen. We are so grateful to Patrick because he acted like our umbrella...protecting us from any bad things that could be headed our way. He is obsessed with saving his clients money every way he can! Patrick is also a perfectionist! He is committed to providing his clients high quality work! Our remodel is being done in phases. Phase 1 was to gut our hall guest bathroom down to the studs and completely redo it. It turned out marvelous! Phase 2 was to gut our master bath and redo the master bedroom. Pat installed new windows in the bedroom, installed hardwood floor and painted the bedroom. The master bath was a complete gut also. We had a vision of how we wanted the bathroom to look. Patrick fulfilled our vision and took it one step beyond! We could not be happier!! We will be starting our phase 3 around February or March of next year which is to redo 2 bedrooms. I would not consider anyone but Patrick for the job!!

Mr. Clark warrants a five-star, triple-A rating as do each of his subcontractors. No problems developed between us at any time as he and his crew undertook a bathroom replacement, an endeavor that involved electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting subcontractors. All of the latter were first rate, nice people. I would use Mr. Clark again and have no hesitancy in recommending him again. As for Mr. Clark himself, I found him personable, reasonable, trustworthy, and imaginative.

Mr. Clark and his crew were extremely professional and went above and beyond in both their work and cleanup. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future.

Sunroom or Patio Enclosure is the only choices I had; what Pat did was a Pergola with lattice. Pat did work for us on our first property and when we upgraded, we called him to cut into our new home. The experience and professional know how is top shelf; bottom line - he knows what he is doing and does it right. We are have him come back and do work on the inside this winter.

Pat can do anything when it comes to a home. He can build a home from the ground up, or any portion thereof. His special skills are in trim carpentry, and cabinet work.

When we bought our first home, we quickly discovered that our 2 of our bathrooms' floors were completely rotted and the previous owner failed to disclose any of this. For 3 years, we lived a nightmare of going down 2 flights of stairs each morning to use our basement bathroom. We called in multiple, highly recommended contractors that were basically going to rob us with there outrageous estimates. By the grace of God, we stumbled across Mr. Clark's business and immediately felt as though he was part of the family, before the work even started. He charged us HALF of what the other big names were wanting to charge us and I can guarantee his work was just as amazing, if not better than the others...We loved his work and having him around so much that before the job was done, we were already asking him when he could start on the next bathroom. Highly recommend Mr. Clark and his crew if you're looking for someone who really cares about their clients and their work!!

Patrick Clark of Clark Remodeling built a new deck, master bathroom suite and remodeled an existing bathroom. I found that Patrick is caring Contractor who takes your project personally from day one. The work his company did was outstanding. Everyone who sees my new master bath gives it rave reviews. I don't believe that I could have found a better contract. I recently used Clark Remodeling to remodel an old bathroom into a new guest bathroom, add a new master bathroom, and install a deck on the back of my house. Patrick Clark was very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the work was top notch. Clark remodeling worked within my budget and in a timely manner. Great! I had no complaints. They cleaned up everyday and did it in a timely manner.

It went swimmingly. He needed very little from me but to select options. His crew always cleaned up when finished for the day. Also they ensured I knew what was done that day and what would be done the next.

I would like to express my appreciation by Clark Home Remodeling. Not only the work was completed at a timely matter, they were quite-no loud talking, no loud radio or music. When work was completed, all the debris was clear. Even the roof nails was vacuum up. I shall look forward to having them back. I recommending them to others.

Clark is one of the best you'll find. I've used him for a couple of years. He can do anything and they done it well, they have a reasonable price too.
